We want to keep you in the loop with your Advertisement(s) statistics. Anytime you’d like statistics, we will provide them to you at the email address on file. Simply email techsupport@gooma.com
Refund Policy
Due to the realtime nature of advertising costs, Gooma.com does not provide refunds.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email acceptable). We will immediately honor such requests as long as it’s made prior to the productionl date.
Support Policy
We provide support at least 7 days a week from 6am6pm PST. We promise to respond to all support inquiries made via email within 6 business hours. All inquiries should be sent to techsupport@gooma.com
